Mom's Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 10 graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c butter (melted)
- 16 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c sugar
- 16 oz sour cream
Instructions

Mix ingredients, press into spring form pan.

beat cream cheese in mixer

add eggs and sugar, mix thoroughly

pour over graham cracker crust in spring form pan.

Bake a 350°F for 30 minutes.

cool on rack for 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 475°F.

mix sugar and sour cream.

pour over cooled cheese cake.

bake for 5 minutes or until lightly golden in spots.

cool then cover and refrigerate until an hour before service.
